Gulliver lava a terra su Lilliput e tenta di prevenire la guerra tra quel piccolo regno e il suo rivale ugualmente minuscolo, Blefuscu, oltre a spianare la strada per la storia d'amore tra la Principessa e il Principe delle terre opposte. In questo è alternativamente aiutato e ostacolato dal banditore comunale lillipuziano e dal poliziotto generale, Gabby. Una situazione pericolosa per la vita si sviluppa quando il trio maldestro di spie di Blefuscu, Sneak, Snoop e Snitch, riesce a rubare la pistola di Gulliver.
