Gulliver llega a tierra en Liliput e intenta evitar la guerra entre ese pequeño reino y su igualmente minúsculo rival, Blefuscu, así como allanar el camino para el romance entre la princesa y el príncipe de las tierras enemigas. En esto, el pregonero liliputiense y alboroto general, Gabby, lo ayuda y obstaculiza alternativamente. Una situación potencialmente mortal se desarrolla cuando el torpe trío de espías Blefuscu, Sneak, Snoop y Snitch logran robar la pistola de Gulliver.
