Sugar-free peanut butter, fresh and homemade.
0:05 → 0:08
400 grams of shelled peanuts and what else?
0:09 → 0:11
Find out in this video.
0:17 → 0:21
After I have shelled the peanuts, I put them on a baking sheet.
0:21 → 0:25
You have to spread them out well, so that they don't lie on top of each other.
0:27 → 0:30
You should probably do this in two runs.
0:31 → 0:36
As you can see, I make sure that the heat can surround them well.
0:37 → 0:42
While I'm doing this I've already preheated the oven to 180°.
0:42 → 0:48
Slide the sheet in and leave them in the oven for 10-15 minutes until they golden brown.
0:48 → 0:53
Then put the peanuts in an open container and let them cool down.
0:54 → 0:57
Shake them briefly a few times.
1:04 → 1:07
And then put them into the blender.
1:08 → 1:12
It already smells so delicious and appetizing.
1:16 → 1:21
First of all, the peanuts need to be ground.
1:21 → 1:28
To do this, I set the blender to speed 7 for 10 seconds.
1:39 → 1:44
Now the peanuts are ground into finer pieces.
1:47 → 1:51
I take out two tablespoons full of chunkier pieces.
1:52 → 1:56
I will add them back at the end.
1:58 → 2:02
Okay. Now the peanuts are ground to a thick paste.
2:03 → 2:09
To do this, I set the blender to speed 8 for 16 seconds.
2:11 → 2:17
Now it almost looks like peanut butter from the store!
2:17 → 2:24
Then I added the chunkier pieces back into the soon-to-be peanut butter.
2:25 → 2:29
I used a dash of honey to sweeten it. You can also use xucker or something similar.
2:30 → 2:37
Then set the blender to speed 2 and blend again for about 55-60 seconds.
2:39 → 2:45
If needed, you can add some peanut oil to reach your desired consistency.
2:46 → 2:50
But for me it was perfect like this.
2:50 → 2:56
And as you can see, the peanut butter was very easy to remove from the blender.
2:57 → 3:01
That smell! Yummy!
3:03 → 3:08
Now I only need spelt toast, nothing else!
3:09 → 3:14
I put the peanut butter in a peanut butter jar. You know, for the feel :)
3:14 → 3:20
Spreads very well. Almost sugar free, fresh, and tasty!
3:20 → 3:24
Try it yourself and enjoy!
