Planter har et transportsystem til at flytte tingene rundt.
Xylem flytter vand og opløste stoffer, fra rødderne til bladene i en proces kendt som transpiration.
Floem flytter glukose og aminosyrer fra bladene rundt om planten, i en proces kendt som translokation.
Xylem og phloem er arrangeret i grupper kaldet vaskulære bundter. Arrangementet er lidt anderledes i rødderne til stilkene. Xylem består af døde celler, hvorimod floem består af levende celler.

In this video, we are going to look at parallel lines. To find the equation of parallel lines, we still use the y=mx + c equation, and because they have the same gradient, we know straight away that the gradient ‘m’ will be the same. We then just need to find the missing y-intercept ‘c’ value.
