When the motorhome's heater runs, condensation forms. As in a house, the exhaust air flows out through a kind of "chimney". The condensation then runs down the body of the motorhome. Over time, this causes visible stains. A fairly simple "hack" helps prevent these stains to a large extent, and that's exactly what you can see in this video.
