Bevor du dir dieses Video angeschaut hast, was dachtest du, ist DIE Gewohnheit, die dein Leben verändern kann? Ist es sich in Dankbarkeit zu üben? Ist es Sport? Oder ist es, früher schlafen zu gehen? Theoretisch können alle drei Gewohnheiten dein Leben verändern, aber von diesen dreien ist Dankbarkeit tatsächlich die beste Gewohnheit, die dein Leben für immer verändern kann.
