Бывает ли у тебя ощущение, что твой прошлый опыт негативно влияет на тебя сейчас? Твое детство формирует человека, которым ты становишься, когда становишься старше. Неблагоприятный детский опыт, или сокращённо АПЭ, - это травмирующие события, произошедшие до 18 лет. Те, кто пережил АПЭ, могут страдать от ухудшения физического и психического здоровья и эмоциональных травм.
