Anzeichen einer hochfunktionalen PTBS

Glaubst du, dass du an einer PTBS leidest, bist dir aber nicht ganz sicher? Vielleicht weißt du nicht, ob das Erlebte als traumatisch einzustufen ist, oder du zweifelst an einer PTBS zu leiden, weil du immer noch deinen Alltag bewältigen und Aufgaben und Pflichten erfüllen kannst. Vielleicht hast du Fälle von PTBS bei anderen gesehen (entweder persönlich oder in den Medien) und denkst, dass das, was du durchmachst, nicht so schlimm ist, und entwertest deine Gefühle.
