In einem früheren Video haben wir das Thema Dissoziation behandelt. Dissoziation ist ein Abwehrmechanismus, bei dem wir belastende oder bedrohliche Gefühle unbewusst aus unserem Unterbewusstsein verdrängen. Auf diese Weise schotten wir unsere Gefühle ab, damit wir uns nicht mit ihnen auseinandersetzen müssen. Heute wollen wir tiefer in das Thema eintauchen. Es gibt drei Arten von Dissoziation: Dissoziative Identitätsstörung, dissoziative Amnesie und Depersonalisations- oder Derealisationsstörung.
